Great price and great service. I am just now leaving the store to get home and I will see my way more clearly!

Very easy and friendly staff. 30 mins and your get a pair of glasses of good quality.
Just awful. I've purchased glasses at the other big chains in Japan, and my experience here was by far the worst. Seems they're more interested in quantity than quality. I'd recommend the store directly across the street.
They have a serious standard procedure for all customers. Choose your frame in ground floor then go to second floor to do optometry. The optometry is operated by well trained staff with a Japanese machine. Optometrist will discuss the best diopter and the type of lenses with you. If you are nearsighted within 8.0 diopters, your new glasses will be made in 30 mins after your decision.
Staff was so helpful and professional
