Consistently good sandwich (I recommend the wheat bread, over the sub). Also, I eat here fairly regularly, so I definitely recommend the ap for free stuff!

The service was really fast, but the sandwich was just...kind of gross. I eat lunch every so often at one of the other locations and their sandwiches great, so I don't know what the deal is with this Irving location.
Sandwich was delicious , however the staff had no enthusiasm , none of them seemed to enjoy their place of employment .
Ordered my food on the app, the app said it was ready. I called to do curbside pickup (because of corona), and was put on hold. After 5 minutes on hold, I called again in the event they forgot and was immediately put on hold again. Called a third time and was asked to go through the drive through, sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before getting my food. Keep in mind my food was ready before I arrived at the store. After 30 minutes I got my sandwich. Deeply regret putting oil and vinegar on my sub, made the sandwich soggy after sitting for so long.
#9 had very little oil and My Cherry coke was flat..
