We've recently purchased a house through Sawyers and couldn't recommend them enough. They have been extremely patient in the long mortgage process during COVID and flexible. Anyone in the area purchasing or selling should be using Sawyers!

I can not recommend J.G Sawyers & Sons highly enough for anyone. They were not our Estate agents for the sale of our house, but for the purchase. Unbelievable service, professional, sound advice, helpful, supportive. I would say the best estate agent in the area. would recommend to anyone. If it wasn't for them the sale would of fallen through, but they kept it going and moving forward, talking to all parties and solicitors to ensure we are in before Christmas. We will move to them for all our future business.
I can't speak highly enough about the team at Sawyers. Our main contacts have been Andrew and Nigel, but I've dealt with the rest of the team on the phone and they are all superb at what they do. We first listed our property nearly a year ago, and Sawyers have been relentless in trying (and succeeding) to find us a buyer. We received a huge amount of viewings, all managed professionally by Sawyers, and they took the viewings when we were unable to. It resulted in a number of offers, and we achieved our asking price which we were delighted about. You can't replace having a team of dedicated people with specialist local knowledge looking after the sale of your house. This year has been extraordinary and trying to sell your house during a global pandemic has been very challenging and that's why the support of Sawyers has been invaluable, advising us all the way along. Latterly we've had some issues as we are in a large chain, but Andrew has been an absolute godsend for being proactive and keeping the progress going. We complete in 2 days time, and we just wouldn't have got to this point without Sawyers. I would recommend using Sawyers to anyone selling a house within the areas they serve. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, and if we are ever crazy enough to move again then they would be my one and only phonecall. Thank you!!

Absolutely excellent estate agent very efficient and professional. Sawyer’s sold my house in 7 days and I could not fault the service from all involved. I was well informed from start to finish taking the stress out of our house sale, I couldn’t recommend Sawyer’s enough. Thanks to all involved.
