Brilliant customer service!! I bought 50 decking planks from them. The cost was almost 40% cheaper than anywhere else had quoted. When they arrive 4 boards were damaged. I reported it to the company. There was no fuss, no hassle and my FREE replacement boards were delivered within a few days. I cannot recommend them enough.
Amazing customer service! Stephen Willcott (tool hire) is an asset to the business and could not be more helpful & courteous, he returned my calls promptly and provided me with some really helpful advice with a sound knowledge of the kit available. I will definitely be returning based on the service experience received! Thanks Stephen and team!!!
I used to use this place a lot and spent good money here but now find that you can no longer call in ad-hoc and it's all click and collect
