Jewson were the only builders merchants I called who answered their phone promptly, found the part and placed it on order quickly and easily. Unfortunately due to lead time I had to cancel it even though it arrived in a week earlier than was quoted by their supplier. Couple of calls required to get a refund with a 15% handling charge applied. A possible 5 stars if not for lack of 2 promised call backs and a re-stocking charge being applied. Gavin was excellent in handling my enquiry.
