NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I have ordered in June, now is November - no phone call answer, no refund, no email answer, nothing. I still wait for the refund of 40.00 GBP spent in their online shop. JEWEL TOOLCRAFT IS A FRAUD!

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid...Awful company. Fast to take your money, 2 weeks ago!..... Still waiting for 50 of silver chain to be delivered. Seems strange that this company also trading under different names, Jewels and Tools? Same address/ phone number etc. No answer to phone calls. Days to receive email stating \I will look into it\ . Unprofessional, dreadful customer service.

Do not use this company! Took the money for the product back in January and it is now March and I haven't received the chain. Don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails. Struggling to get a refund for the 200.00 I spent. DO NOT USE this company!
