Terrible customer service! We had two issues with our order. First, we were missing an item and second, we had ordered a mild soup and got a very spicy one instead. I called to address those issues and they first said they would refund my cc for missing item ( and sorry about the soup which doesn't really help but whatevs. ) but then called again and said that because I hard ordered from THEIR WEBSITE I could only get a credit for my next order, which I told them I was not going to use since I hadn't had a got experience and wasn't planning on ordering from them again, or get a cash refund for which I would have to drive back to the restaurant ?! Very disappointed! Beware if you order from here, check your order and make sure you are getting everything you have paid for, otherwise you'll end up paying for something you DON'T GET!
Before Covid I had a great time visiting this little spot tucked away in an El Segundo strip mall. Thoughtful decor, a nice casual date night ambiance, and incredibly friendly and attentive servers — oh and the food is delicious!! Lately I’ve been getting takeout/delivery and it’s just as good, great portions and reasonable prices. Don’t pass this one up if you’re looking for a new Thai spot in the South Bay! It’s a nice mix of more traditional dishes and the crowd pleasing Pad Thai type stuff that we all know and love.
Tried multiple items from their menu and everything was great. Excellent service.
The quantity of food they serve drastically reduce these days. Food is ok here, not as great compared to other Thai restaurants. Even we got a full black pepper in our fried rice. The shrimp quantity in shrimp fried rice is much less
