Good food - awful service. We went on a weekday, no waiting with lots of open tables. Food came pretty quick and was good, no issues. We decided to add on \to go\ milkshakes after we were brought our bill. These milkshakes were supposed to be bigger and apparently justify the extra 1 charge to go.

Never order on a Saturday nite!! Ordered a pepperoni and ham pizza at 10:15pm!! Get home and open the box to inedible slop! How is it possible to burn up every single piece of pepperoni and yet the rest of the pizza is still undone and doughy inside? Fully aware of this still served it. Can't even return it because they closed at 11pm. What a waste of time, gas, & money. So disappointed in this location!!! SMH!!

Pizza was horrible. Crust was so tough it was hard to chew. Ordered square got round . Other pizza was ordered round got square lol. Wanted a change but Definitely gonna stick with my pizza guy . Spot on every time

I've been ordering here for years and they have been consistent with my order. I typically place my order online and have it delivered. I haven't had much interaction with the staff, but when I have gone in the past everyone was friendly. Delivery drivers have always been nice and followed directions for contactless delivery. My go to Jets.

This location is my favorite, the food is very consistent. I like that they do all curbside pickup so I don’t have to be in the small lobby where social distancing isn’t possible. Our favorite things to order are the deep dish with turbo crust with pepperoni or mushrooms and a salad. We like the antipasto or the garden salad. The medium salad is big and feeds my family of 4 and makes me feel a little bit better about a pizza dinner. At least they ate some kind of vegetable. My kids love the cheese sticks. I don’t recommend the NY style, if you want that choose another spot. This place is all about the detroit style deep dish. The staff at this location is very nice, even though they are always busy. Today I messed up my online order and the manager fixed it for me, even though it wasn’t their mistake. We are frequent customers (I really hate cooking on the weekends) and I appreciated how nice she was, even though I was the one who messed up. I definitely recommend this location, it’s great!
