Check Items carefully before leaving the shop. I recieved a pair of boots to fit the left foot only. Very bad considering no other customers were in the shop at the time. A hundred mile trip to replace them when I eventually do get back to Corbridge.

Really delighted by the service I received yesterday at this fabulous shop. The lady who served me was extremely knowledgeable about the type of shoes suitable for Rheumatoid Arthritis and went to lots of trouble to find shoes that were comfortable but also a bit funky. She was really helpful. The shop has a great range and I walked away with 2 pairs of shoes and a Ilse Jacobsen raincoat. Thanks so much!
Such a fantastic find! I was searching for a particular pair of shoes and found them here and I am so happy I did as the service is fab! Shoes arrived very promptly and were extremely well packaged. A lovely card was enclosed from the shop which made it all feel very personal and special. The shoes were great too! Would love to visit the shop one day.
attitude of the owner needs to be improved, she was so disrespectful when speaking to me, she ACCUSED me of trying to return scuffed shoes that I had never even taken out of the box! I will never be going in again- I’d leave 0 stars if I could
