The hummus and moussaka were delicious and they bring it to you very fast. Places stay on business for long time only if their are really good... this is been open for almost 40years. We came back for a second time and the waitress remembered our order! Super friendly ️

A Jerusalemite institution. Usually quite busy. The interior is rather shabby (\austerity period\-style), but don't let appearances fool you. The walls are adorned with photographs of Israeli politicians giving their most sincere politician smiles while enjoying the hummus. Fare very basic, choice limited - and it's good so!

I just love this place, first place I run to when in Jerusalem. The food is good, the owner is friendly,.. It's just the real thing. Don't expect anything fancy, just enjoy the atmosphere of the old days.

A great local diner with great hummus and an attentive owner. You will never run short on pita. One of the best flavours of Israeli food at a decent price.

As always, great food, pleasant staff and quick to prepare. As mentioned, not a place to hang, just eat, enjoy it and out! ;)

This is one of the oldest and most famous popular restaurants of Jerusalem, it's walls are full of the city's history and it's dishes are magnificent, the mussaka is great and their hummus is homemade, amazing!
