When I ordered fuel the scheduled delivery was TWO WEEKS away from when I ordered. They charged my card at 11:30pm the night before my fuel was scheduled for delivery, ITS NOW 2 DAYS AFTER MY FUEL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT SHOWN UP BUT THEY HAVE MY MONEY!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! BEWARE!!!!! DID I MENTION I LIVE 1 MILE AWAY FROM THEM IN JERSEY SHORE??? PATHETIC!

They have really helped me out in my time of need. The people who work there went above and beyond to make sure they answered all the questions. They really put their heart and soul into this business. It's very rare to find a a business who takes the time out to get to know each of their customers needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs oil.
Hillers fuel Oil have always went above and beyond to make sure that I have fuel even if I call last minute, they are always friendly, understanding and reliable. I will never go anywhere else for oil.
Was supposed to deliver oil four days ago and no oil not dependable at all!!
Horrible experience, scheduled to have my Furnace cleaned and after adjusting my schedule they never showed up. After a half hour I called and they obviously didn’t have a clue and said won’t happen today so I said here are other times I am home to reschedule and said they would call me back. That didn’t happen so I called every day during business hours and they would never answer the phone instead I got a recording saying I had reached after hours phone so I left a message and did the same for four days and after the fifth day no one ever returned my call to reschedule. So I’m not sure what I had done wrong I just wanted my furnace cleaned but guess that’s not going to happen. Wow, confused, is that how you treat a customer after they screwed up, guess so but never again. Beware
