I give it a three because the sub was okay and the staff is wonderful. I just prefer subway because they have a lot more options when it comes to veggies and cheese. I don’t understand anyone that carries American cheese but doesn’t have cheddar.

I only order online through their app. Half the time, they have my order ready by the promised time. Today, i waited while they serviced 10 people in line past my promised time. I watched people put in their orders and getting their food before me. Most of my lunch break was spent watching them work. What is the point of online ordering then? The ONLY reason i go to this location is because it's the only one near me. Probably not going back for awhile...very disappointed.
Enjoyed it here, I got the Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was really tasty and cheesy, the vegetables were crisp, and enjoyable overall. The staff was friendly and attentive even though they were pretty busy.
Great sandwiches. Deliciously messy Philly cheese steak sandwich. No Coca Cola or Dr Pepper if that makes any difference to you.
The service at this particular location is usually good. The employees never fail to acknowledge me whenever I enter the restaurant to retrieve my to-go orders. Even though the sandwiches are somewhat pricey, they are good and made fresh.
