Alicia was very informational and calm. She calmed me down and was able to make me feel relaxed.
The staff at Jersey GYN is so friendly and welcoming. They make sure you are comfortable no matter what service you are there for. It's very \homey\ and they make sure you are treated like one of their family members. The facility is extremely clean, peaceful and quiet. The nurses and doctors are so accommodating that you can get same day or next day appointments. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. If I didn't live so far and a toll wasn't involved (LOL) this would be my regular OB/GYN. Thank you guys for everything.
This place has the rudest front desk person handling the phones and new patients. Had an attitude when I was trying to set up an appointment, and has no way of speaking. Also this Jersey City address is a lie. Their only office is in Union, they do not have an office in Jersey City according to the receptionist. Being a front desk employee myself , it was dissapointing to see how this office treats their ew patients\, horrible, will def not recommend to anyone.
