I asked if I could reschedule due to another winter storm and unsafe weather conditions; I was told no because it wasn’t within their 12 hour period. (It was 2 hours prior) So they gladly took my money for the class pack I bought but wouldn’t let me sign up for a different class. Go figure - another business that only cares about your money. Call me crazy for not wanting to risk my life driving in sleet. Very disappointed Oh by the way, they’re moving over an hour away next month. There is no mention of this on their website or social media. Didn’t even send an email out to inform their current clients. I only found out because I overheard other students talking about it. I don’t think it’s right to withhold that information, given that people who buy class packages (such as myself-I’ve spent hundreds at this studio) spend a lot of money, thinking they have access to the studio within the expiration date. If they won’t refund me for missing class due to a snow storm, I’m pretty sure they won’t refund you for them moving over an hour away.

Such a fun experience!!! The teacher definitely took their time to help everyone out during the class. Definitely would recommend.
Love LOVE these classes and the people attending are so lovely. So much fun too
