This office has many doctors so it may be unfair to rate the whole place, but I will review for the 2 times I went here. I saw the gastroenterologist, a young woman, forget jer name cause I wasnt impressed at all..and a speech therapist here. Both times the waits were long and the office was empty. I wasn't impressed with service. I take the drive to the main campus in Philadelphia. Seems the better doctors are there, even though the locations aren't as convenient.

I thought since this office was in the lovely affluent area of Jenkintown, it would be great. I give it one star for plenty of parking for a Jenkintown location and a clean pretty building. No stars for the doctor or staff. Super long wait and the office was empty, no crowd. So I thought maybe that means they spend a lot of time with a new patient. Nope, the doctor was in there for moments. My son was a newpatient!! Staff seem rude.

I have been to the St. Christopher's Pediatric Urgent Care twice in the past six months and, both times, have had great experiences. The staff are friendly and professional and the office is beautiful, clean and well decorated. The best part of the experience was that we were seen, treated and released (even when my son needed to have an x-ray) within 45 minutes!! Great physicians to provide care with the excellent support of the hospital available when needed. What a great alternative to a busy Emergency Department. Thanks for the wonderful care!! We would definitely recommend the Urgent Care center to our family and friends!
