Great fun for kids up to about 8 years old. Lots to do . Very big compared to other local indoor play centres. Food is decent too. My two year old would easily spend 3 or 4 hours here. Staff our nice

Generally one of the better soft play centres in the areas. Plenty of seating, a dedicated under 1 area (as they constantly keep announcing over one of the speakers), toddler area and one for bigger kids. Adults can easily get involved as there is plenty of head room. They also have a climbing wall which is included for free. There also mini golf and electric go karts but they are not free. Plenty of food and drink to choose from, but pricing but you expect that in these sorts of places. In terms of negatives... Parking is not great, spaces are small and there not enough given the size of the place. They charge for any kid over the age of 1, which is steep considering I came here with my 1, 2 and 10 year old on a Saturday and it cost nearly 20! They should considering better pricing levels instead of free for under 1 and then everyone else! The staff do their best to keep the place clean. But the tables, high chairs and floor in general is horrible. The toilets also stink. Maybe someone should consider cleaning them more often given the number of kids running about! I'd recommend coming early morning or a weekday when they charge less.

After playing for 10 minutes in small area, was asked to put hand gel before entering the large play area. Hand sanitizing should be required before entering from reception. A blonde worker used the toilets and left without washing hands but we had already eaten the food we ordered which is very expensive. There are parts of the centre not open such as the cars, golf and cannons which I understand as it would be difficult to maintain cleanliness on these items but maybe they should be hidden to avoid children's disappointment that they can see them but not use them. Overall my child enjoyed their play but felt quite rushed if ordering food as well and the tkme taken to eat as time slots are 90 minutes

My kids birthday during rule of 6 nonsense was dealt with perfectly by the play center. Staff were helpful an even gave us candles as we had misplaced our own. Will return again after this covid madness is over with
