Was really curious about this place because of the Michelin’ recommendation. Everything was “fine” from from good meat, and service etc. But nothing blew me away. It was not the best black pork meal I’ve had in Jeju or in Korea. Perhaps I came in with too much expectations ?

We went for a late night walk and came across this restaurant. It is open until midnight, which suited us. It is comfortable without being excessive. The tables could be a little bit bigger to accommodate the vast amount of plates and dishes and drinks. The coke comes in original glas bottles and is perfectly cooled. It's great. So is the beer. Food wise obviously this place only serves pork. We just ordered the menu for 2 people and really enjoyed the various pork dishes. The waiter cooked for us to ensure we didn't mess up the temperature of the meat. The total price came to WON 50,000.- which we thought was more than reasonable. Thumbs up and thanks for a great night meal.

Yummy! This is the 1st restaurant of the black pork street. Different way to bbq which they don’t have the exhaust pipes. It’s always great to try out different type of bbq. It’s quite busy for lunch.

Delicious place! This street is filled with black pork restaurants, and this particular restaurant is superb! The pork sizzles and smells absolutely beautiful... must try in jeju city!

Walking around early in the morning, we thought nothing would be open for food, but then we found this awesome place. The food was delicious, side dishes were plenty, it was traditional style seating on raised floorboards and the service was excellent! We had so much fun.

Jeju is famous for the black pork. There is a street called black pork street. Every bbq restaurant has its special. I chose this one recommended by Michelin guide. I don’t eat pork actually. But I tried the pork, it tasted really good and doesn’t taste the smell from pork. The set for 2 persons is enough or even little too much for 2.

First time tasting black pork and it is unforgettable! Pork is soft and juicy, and the fats just melt in your mouth. Irresistible even for someone like me who doesn’t eat fatty meat! The picture shows portion for 5 pax.
