The best restaurant downtown with the friendliest people taking care of you and your dishes. They are so kind. The burritos are delicious, warm, with a choice of sauces, and the coffee was fresh, right across the street from the old courthouse, which came in handy when the cold air blew from the Missouri River into the entrance where we had to stand to meet. First time was February 18, 2020, when I had to go to the courthouse. Enjoyed one of the famous breakfast bowls. Why cook at home? Get to the courthouse early, check the docket, sign in, sit at the La Chica Loca for a breakfast burrito and hot cup of coffee. Back again, I went January 11, 2021 on the restaurant’s one year anniversary. The place was packed with customers. Close the library, sheriffs department and across the street from the Prosecutor’s office. This is the best place downtown, especially in the morning when you have to wait for an appointment and it is snowing outside.

Very different in a good way. I was pleasantly surprised at just how flavorful my burrito was. I had the Colorado. I would love to see some side options become available to go with the burritos but other than that, this place does not disappoint. What a great innovative chef!
Had brunch here today and it was really good again just like every other time we’ve been. The Chicken & Waffles, burritos and smoothies were so good. Enjoyed sitting outside today too. Great local spot!
Beef street tacos, mexican street corn, la sopa zuppa tuscana were AMAZING! Quite possibly the best food we've eaten... anywhere! So glad we stumbled upon this gem during our travels today!
Delicious! We ordered the Colorado & the Chorizo burritos and both were quickly scarfed down. Great spicy aioli too!
