Utter disgrace. Ordered and paid for 60 pounds worth of food via Just Eat to arrive at 8pm. At 930pm I head down there in my pyjamas to find out why no food has arrived and why nobody answers the phone. I find the place full of raging customers, all there for the same reason, having ordered hours and hours ago. Staff just ran away into the kitchen, wouldn't answer questions, and did nothing to offer any sort of explanation or apology. Money paid, no food, no explanation and utter bewilderment.

Really poor service tonight 1st time using take away service....Ordered at 6.39 to pick up at 7.20 ....order never put through to kitchen when we arrived...about 10 unhappy customers in restaurant as there order never arrived...now 8.45 in restaurant waiting for over an hour inside still not ready....no sorry poor service..

Thought I would try this place as a treat, after an hour and a half I called, they said my delivery would be with me in another twenty minutes, after the twenty minutes I called back, they said it was on the way (I live three minutes away), after another 20 minutes I called again, they said they hadn’t started making it yet & that I would have to come and collect as they couldn’t deliver. I’ve cancelled the order & now having to wait in a queue to request a refund, I’m 99th position so hopefully will get my money back some time in the next year, but no dinner! Avoid this place!
