Food is normally really nice. My order this evening was cold, salty as opposed to nicely spiced. The meat was also chewy. I think I might have had last night's food warmed up. Not good at all.
I have to say that I am not feeling the love for Jee Ja Jeez at the moment. I used to think these were the best in Burton. I always have lamb jalfrezi which should be spicy and flavoursome; but since the last few months (possibly Covid) the taste has been quite bland and very easy to eat, not hard as it wasn’t really warm. They’ve let something slip which is unfortunate!! The reason I gave a three star was because the girls really enjoyed their massala and korma.
Amazing, tasty food of high quality and the staff are super friendly, definitely recommend for a date night or with family and friends. All size groups catered and taken care of.
