The worst experience I have been thru with such window films shop although Vcool brand is booming and looks luxury, but I received my vehicle dirty and not ready for owner use. - Labors and receptionist are careless (NOT WEARING MASK) as per the protocols of MOH even while they’re talking with customers. - I found Gecko inside the shop - Dirty shop with plenty of films dumped on the ground and there is no any feels of cleanness My recommendation, any amount that anyone planning to pay for his brand new vehicle, I strongly recommend to think 100 times before you visit them.
I visited the branch last week to check the product and quality,everything looks standard branch is clean although they were very busy,the front office all wearing mask with strict conditions,the staffs are social with customers,I would convince and consider anyone who is thinking of tinting to take the car for window film without fearing other bad comments,the best company for window film,by next month I will drop my car there,we learn through our mistakes and experiments.
One of the worst companies on Earth for after sale service. If you have a problem, good luck getting it resolved. They will give you hundreds of promises without resolution. Very deceiving. Once they get your money, you're out of luck. Their products are not as good as expected. There's too much hype and untrue information online about the quality of their films aside from being unduly super expensive. By the way, they use films just like anyone else. Nothing special about their products. My advice is to go somewhere else reputable. I am planning on removing their film and get it somewhere else as I lost all faith and trust in them and their product since it took them 8 months to try to fix the problem, and when they did, they only replaced the front film with lower quality one and left the rest of the problem for me to deal with. You're better off spending your money somewhere else.
