Reputable, trustworthy and friendly, local plumbing & heating professionals. I can't recommend Jed, Mel and the team highly enough, they have such a long standing family history in the industry. Staff are all fully trained and qualified to the latest industry standards. Conscientious, clean, tidy and respectful. All work carried out is to the highest possible standards, at all times. Very knowledgeable and go to great lengths to explain in detail, giving honest practical advice; putting health and safety above everything. Whether it's planned appointments, short notice call outs...nothing is ever too much trouble, always going the extra mile and putting the customer 1st...all the time! Jed Mason Plumbing has been a hugely important part in me providing an excellent Landlord / tenant relationship. On many occasions the company has responded immediately to issues relating to leaks, boiler problems and heating issues to support a young family at my property. New boiler installation was completed to a very high standard with a competitive price. I highly recommend Jed Mason Plumbing.
I cant recommend this firm highly enough. They are honestly the BEST plumbers about town. All Jeds men are brilliant. We have had a new boiler fitted by them.. a new bathroom. And Jed has even had to deal with a rook that had fallen down our chimney.. their service is second to none.. they always get back to you within an hour of you phoning them. Nothing is to much trouble. The friendliest and funniest (as in haha humour) from the best bunch of lads.. Jed Mason you and your lads are great.. thank you for all your hard work and keeping everyone safe when needed
