Shocking outcome - Unnecessarily parts replaced which did not fix the problem. When I called to report it, they asked me to bring it back which I did. The fault come back two weeks later. I called them again to tell but could not take the car back as I was out of the country for 4 weeks. When I returned they denied the call ever took place and asked me to pay more money to look at it. I took the car to the main dealers and they informed me it was a faulty relay in the glove which was dislodged by items. It’s cost me 19 for the part whilst those morons at Jean Pierre charged me over 1800 for replacing the control ring on the steering wheel. Main dealer told me Jean Pierre only did a reset second time around to get rid of the fault notice. DO NOT TRUST THESE RIP OF MERCHANTS. NO STARS.

Have used Jean Pierre for a few years now and bought a couple of vehicles as well as having all my MOTs, servicing and tyre work done with them too. They know their vehicles and are very knowledgable around all motor aspects with fast efficient service at a reasonable cost. I can't recommend them enough.

I have had my car serviced and MOT'd by Jean Pierre for four years and have recommended to them to some friends who also have Skodas. They too have said that they were pleased with the service they recieved.

Have been going to Jean-Pierre for quite a few years now. The work they do is fantastic. The work force are a great bunch. Nothing they will not do for you. I have been in a few sticky places where other people might say no, not J-P's they obliged. Great would recommend this great team.
