I was at store today at around 10:45am looking for women's sneakers. I found 2 pair that I wanted to try on but they had security lock. I asked a woman who was nearby folding clothes if she could remove security lock so I could try them on. Young lady said that I could try them with lock on. I explained that I was afraid to fall,I'm 70 years old. She said she couldn't help me and didn't try to get someone else. So I couldn't buy sneakers I wanted and need,very disappointed. I'm a faithful customer of jc Penney for many years and have spent thousands of dollars over the years so I believe I should have been treated better.
