Fantastic top class customer service and very good value for money. We have just sold our house through JCP in East Oxford. The customer service we received from David and the team couldn't have been better. Even with the additional challenges of covid, David made everything run smoothly on all sides. He was also always available to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend JCP to anyone.

We are first time buyers and we’re struggling to find somewhere due to COVUD-19 but delighted to say we have just had an offer accepted thanks to JCP! Specifically so grateful to Patrick who dealt so graciously with our dithering around a house visit and who did the most wonderful virtual tour for us before we were able to travel. We’re so excited to be home owners!

Can't recommend JCP enough if you are looking for a place. All of the colleagues have been fantastic - especially Stanley, Alex and Winnie. They have kept both me and my housemate in the loop during all the steps, and have remained professional and friendly the entire time. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The personal service provided by the staff at JCP was second to none. Everybody makes you feel like an important customer. I would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a property in Oxford. The experience and expertise of Teresa & Israr was invaluable. Working with them –and the entire office back up team – was a pleasure. Thank you again for making the process so hassle free!
