JB made time to do my major service on my Astra on a Saturday. The service was very thorough and they cleaned the rear brakes as an extra at no cost. John and Keeley in service made the whole process easy and good value. While the car was in the workshop, Mark in sales arranged a test drive of a new Astra with no obligation and was very helpful. Just carried out a successful vehicle exchange with JB Motors. From start to finish the service has been exceptional with every attention to detail taken care of. Mark Wilson is a very knowledgeable guy who quietly goes about getting stuff done on your behalf. What I really appreciated was the relaxed atmosphere in the showroom with no pressure selling. I consider that I got a very fair and equitable deal and I appreciated the extra touches upon collection.
