The man at the till has no clue what customer service is and was very rude to my dad. No matter how good the food is the staff should always have manners. Unfortunately, they seem to lack the common knowledge of how to respect an individuals who’s first language isn’t English.
Food was very good, 2 star less because staff do not know how the government scheme works. Please allow me the time to explain. The eat out scheme is: If 1 person eats inside they can get 50% off but only at a maximum discount of 10. Which means if he bought 20 worth of food he gets 10 off. If he buys 30 worth of food, he pays 20, not 15. If he bought 50 worth of he pays 40 not 25. We wanted to order more food and the staff member said no, only 1 meal per person because they cant afford to give more discount. A) This is a government scheme it is to help your restaurant out. B) I am shocked that staff do not understand the rules. The guy was very pleasant until we wanted to order more. I tried explaining it but he wouldnt listen. It was rather frustrating. It left for a very awkward experience. My brother in law may be swinging by later to order and to also explain to the rules too. Thank you
I have had Iranian kebab in many places around the world , but Jazeera is probably the best . It's actually cooked over bbq that gives it that lovely flavour . Make sure you eat it hot .
