I am a Self confessed geek, whose iMac died, blind panic as its a sealed unit, out of warranty, phoned Jay out of hours and left a message. As soon as Jay heard my message, he phoned me, and did not patronise as some other computer repairers will, but listened to exactly, to my wishes for repair. I was expecting a quote for over 300 (meaning my iMac would be beyond economic repair). Jay's quote was under half that, (incl parts, labour and return delivery) so I added a upgrade to future proof for a few more years. Computer was booked in, and actually went in earlier than expected, was returned (Delivered free to my home!) within 24 hours. This in the middle of the Covid pandemic, Jay delivered to my home (after hours) on a Friday night, and even phoned me to tell me it was going to be later than he'd said (due to him getting an unexpected security software upgrade just as he was about to close...so installed it there and then). with a 12 month Warranty on his work. Service is fast reliable, very good value and I would recommend this service to anyone.

I cannot recommend Jay highly enough. As well as his shop, he offers a mobile service and came to my home at very short notice to sort out a problem with my printer. He was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He corrected the problem and went above and beyond, helping then with other issues I had with my laptop. If you are wondering where to go with any computer issues, look no further as you really do have the best in Jay.

I took my laptop to Jay about 2 weeks ago after it went faulty and unresponsive completely unexpectedly, especially considering it was a new laptop. I rang Jay at 8:30 on a Saturday evening and explained I needed my laptop fixing ASAP as I needed it to complete important Uni coursework. Jay opened up his shop especially on a Saturday night just so I could drop my laptop off and he spent 2 hours there and then trying to fix it. In the mean time, so I wouldn't fall behind on work the following day he lent me a full gaming pc setup (monitor, mice and keyboard) to use at home for as long as it took him to fix the laptop. I've never experienced a service as responsive, co-operative and that would go out of there way as much as here, and I could not recommend this place and Jay enough if you have any issues with your PCs or laptops. Thanks to this service, I never fell behind on my work, and had my laptop back within days, fully repaired, and at an extremely low and competitive price. Top and bottom of it is you need computers fixing, look no further than here.

Popped in this morning with my laptop. The problem was investigated and repaired on the spot. This took a good fifteen minutes or more but no charge was levied. What a lovely kind gesture. A great big thanks . I shall be back with any other issue that may arise and will highly recommend. Thanks so much once again. A lovely thing to do. Sandra

Took my disabled iPhone in after my child had blocked it. I had previously tried 2 local shops who said they couldn’t help. Within half an hour I received a call, phone reset to factory settings, iCloud backed up and everything working perfectly!! Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended service.
