I can't tell you how many times I passed by this spot on the bus on my way up to Los Angeles. Finally had a chance to try it today. I called ahead to order and the person taking my order was very friendly. She answered my questions and we ordered two dinners, one rib tips with baked beans and potato salad and one pork shoulder with macaroni salad and baked beans. When we got to the place, we had to do a couple of u-turns to get to the spot and only one customer was allowed in at a time. We waited 5 minutes and our orders were ready for pickup. As you can see from our picture, the portions were very generous. The baked beans were tangy and had a little kid. I got the medium sauce on the shoulder and it was nice, a little more milder than I thought. Might try hot next time. The macaroni salad was creamy and savory! I prefer that over the sweeter potato salad. The rib tips were so smoky and fell off the bone. The shoulder was fairly fatty but still good. Probably would go with the rib tips next time or try some of the ribs.

I like this spot! They serve marvelous food, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that place is very trained, I love a lot tasting all their food. The dishes are consistently fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the customers is efficient. I often go to this place and I was never unsatisfied. I highly recommend it.

Flavor on point but going here for years need to go back and see whats up because went for the ribs but had no meat usually do

I've been coming to Jaybee's barbecue since I came to California in 1979 off and on . But from 1996 to date, I frequent there at least twice per month . I always get the chopped barbecue beef sandwich. However, their barbecue sauce is amazing but hot does mean hot medium does mean medium hot mild it's always my safe bet. The food is delicious and it's plentiful.

The Best que in Gardena ..very flavorful...fast and friendly service. It's Blck owned, clean, and has a grade A.
