I haven't left a review before but feel I should on this occasion. Me and my husband phoned the Smethwick branch to order some paint. Our combined knowledge of paint is absolutely nil but thought we'd attack our rusting camper during furlough. We spoke to Nicholas, who is an absolute Saint. He guided us through everything we needed and didn't laugh at our silly novice questions. A real genuine guy, a credit to the company. We also spoke to Anita in regards to delivery during covid, again such a lovely lady and was Happy to help. It was really nice to talk to a friendly team during this hard time. Im sure the rest of the team are just as nice but id recommend asking for Anita or nick when visiting or calling the store. Thank you both so much.
