November 2020: Tuesday Night 1/2 price bottles of wine and 36 prime rib. This time I made the reservation for 6:00 which may have helped ensure they were not out of the prime rib like our last visit. Or maybe it was COVID. The prime rib was very very good. We requested medium rare and received a beautifully done cut with a very average baked potato which was garnished with some tasteless green sour cream concoction (avocado perhaps) regardless some plain sour cream would have been better. Wine list is still way over priced at the lower end from which I might order a bottle. If this restaurant survives at reduced capacity, it is only because they are over charging so so much. February 2020: Very expensive. The scallops and shrimp were very average. Took my wife for the 36 prime rib and half price wine special but they were sold out of prime rib by 6:45 on a Saturday night. The wine I selected was also sold out. The 14 brisket burger is a great deal. Thankful my wife let me taste her burger cause my tiny portion of scallops and shrimp would not have earned 3 stars. For fun: Try googling the wine you order and compare the price on google to the price on the menu. Hint if it has a screw top and is on the menu...think twice.

Being from NYC and having hundreds of extremely high dollar Steaks.. This may have quite been the best Filet Mignon I've ever had!!! Sauce was off the charts, potatoes was to die for and I saw other plates coming through that looked AMAZING!!! And Michelle the waitress just was great!! I actually am going to eat there again and a must request Michelle.
Jasper's is reopened so glad I had a chance to try their dinner menu over the weekend. Their salmon entree was exceptionally done well. Flavor was delicious and it was a good portion for me. Also tried their beef carpaccio appetizer and it was good. My friend ordered their signature blue cheese chips appetizer and it looked delicious.
We went here for dinner on a Saturday night and had an absolutely top-notch experience from start to finish. The interior is modern, upscale, very clean and sleek. Our server Micah was excellent. He was personable and his descriptions of the food were similar to a Food Network show. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great service, very attentive and prompt. We started with the smoked oysters and they were excellent, delicate smoke and very flavorful. I would get them again. We split a wedge salad and it was very good but I did not like the onion ring on the bottom and did not see the point. Next time I will ask that they hold it.
Love Jasper's. The wife and I have gone the past 3 anniversaries and every time we have an amazing experience. Recommend the Calamari appetizer, baby back ribs, salmon and pork chop.
