Ordered food and was told there would be about a 45 minute wait until my food arrived. Called after waiting for an hour and was told that my food had not yet been cooked and that I'd have to wait another 30 minutes. I appreciate that takeaways get busy on Friday evening so I was willing to let that go. 45 minutes later, I get a call saying that my food is just about to be delivered and I'll have to wait another 10 minutes!!! I understand having a busy night, but there's a big difference between waiting 45 minutes and 2 hours. Hopefully the food is good (if it eventually arrives) and if so I'll amend my review. Until then, I can only comment on the poor service. Edit: Added an extra star because the food was very good once it arrived

We stumbled upon Jasmine Garden through Google when our usual Chinese takeaway was closed on Nye. It was amazing, total convert! Tasty food, good quality, not greasy and just perfect! The only thing I would change is that they'd deliver to Torrisholme. Will definitely make the drive though. Highly recommended!!
