I received flowers for my birthday from my brother and wife based in Liverpool. The flowers themselves were absolutely beautiful but enclosed was my brothers debit card receipt complete with the price paid. Also both my Christian name & surname were misspelt on the greeting card. More attention to these little details is needed. As a curtesy please ask how names are spelt.
