Amazing! The best curried goat I have ever had! Fantastic portion and the traditional rice was superb. Followed by a whisky truffle... equally brilliant. The owners were lovely. The best food on our NC500 trip (with a Skye detour).

Amazing food and great service. We had the spicy crab soup and banoffee pie during the torrential rain in Skye, and came back for delicious goat curry and rocky road the next day. We enjoyed it in the parking lot next to Jann's with the stunning view. Definitely worth it!
We ordered cakes and truffles. Prices seem expensive at first, but the portions are big and heavy. Rocky road was one of the best I've had, nice crunchy texture and nutty chocolaty taste. Talisker truffles were perfectly balanced in flavour, not too sweet and just a hint of the famous whisky. One quarter of a large truffle was just right (after the rocky road ). Service was very friendly and they do take card payments. Thanks Jann!
Actually shocked at what we got yesterday for 5.30... the most plain cheese sandwich on the driest stale bread with a single wrinkly baby tomato cut in half... Is it meant to be a joke? We didn't open the boxes till we got to the car, my partner's egg mayo one was the same. For the price we thought it would be a great quality chunky sandwich with lots of filling, nice salad etc. Seriously the most ripped off I've felt in a long time, your profit margin must be huge! You should be ashamed for ripping people off in such a way!
Would definitely recommend on your trip to Skye! Came across this cute bakery after a long walk. They had more cakes and tarts than I could ever ask for and it was difficult to choose what to have! Very friendly service and excellent products. Will be back to try their savoury food
