Very disappointing Lack of professional feel and not a luxury retreat left early as pain and discomfort was caused. My hair was washed by two different people the first was a normal nice experience then swapped with a student who had false nails on and I could feel my hair being trapped and pulled out in little strands. Then to be left with the actual hairdresser who was more concerned in looking about at other people's conversations than on her customer. Brushing through the hair was very painful and no care seemed to be took. Then it took her that long to blow dry instead of just giving it a quick once over as I wanted my hair curled afterwards. The hairdryer was left on each piece of hair too long i could feel it burning my scalp and probably more damage was done to my hair than before I went. Not impressed with the experience and won't be returning.
