I can not praise the staff enough with both the eye testing and service i have received from the Whitchurch branch. Having used large corporate opticians in the past i will never be going back to them, the eye test was the most thorough test i have ever had and after years of struggling i can now see perfectly. Thank you so much

Sun glasses screw came off literally when walking past Jane Smellie Opticians. Went in the shop with an intention of borrowing a prevision screwdriver to fix it. In fact, a member of staff offered to help and found out the screw was actually broken. She replaced it with a new screw, fastened it, greased the hinges and cleaned the lenses. I offered to pay but was declined. Absolutely fabulous.
