Had an excellent sandwich from here today. This is what a Deli should be like.
Always good sandwiches and now I am local could be using them more. But why dont they use just local suppliers who are owned by local hull people rather than main suppliers owned by people living in Newcastle?? Surley supporting the local community is what James Patrick was all about??
Pre ordered food the day before for 1pm, had to wait outside for 35 minutes which I didn’t mind with whats going on at the minute. The lady behind the counter was rude, huffing and puffing at me. Ordered a hot sandwich on my pre order, she never told me that she needed to make it and cook it. Walked out thinking it was in my bag. Checked but it was missing, was told to get out and that shes done it. Was starred at while outside, while she made comments to her co worker. Always loved coming here but this experience was off putting
