I got a new pair of glasses today. I'm delighted with the quality price and service. The staff are extremely courteous. In fact they couldn't be more be more helpful. Especially Louise and Claire. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending James Hughes Optician if you need new glasses that is the place to go.

Fantastic experience from initial appointment through to picking up new glasses. The team at James Hughes were all professional and welcoming. It was a quick turnaround for delivery of both pairs of glasses. I highly recommend James Hughes Opticians. Based in Strathaven i had many different options on my doorstep but I was told to go to James Hughes Opticians in Coatbridge as they have great customer service. I can actually see when reading now. Always a warm, welcome environment. Myself and my children have our eyes tested by Laura and she is always very attentive and patient, explains everything and talks us through the test. Excellent service.

Waited months threw Corona for new glasses for my daughter. Left numerous messages no reply. Finally got appointment this morning was told no eye test booked in. Explained was not any good to my daughter. Short man said I had missed appointment last week, total lie. Told me not to come back, making official complaint! Avoid like the plague!!!!!
