All the time I thought I was a lost case in regards of getting fit again. But with James it is a realistic goal for me. He is very understanding and his exercise plans are perfectly cut out just for you. He gives great advice about nutrition and always take time for you and is able to motivate me all the time. In addition to that he does not only create an awesome workout plan but also provides you with a lot of knowledge when you never heard of the exercise. All in all James is a professional, serious personal trainer and is supportive all the time. Thanks for kicking my butt and helping me to get fit again James!

I have a few health problems which affect my physical fitness and mean that I can't lose weight easily. In the past I have tried to get back into fitness at the gym but have got bored or pulled/strained muscles. I have been using James for a couple of months and have seen a great improvement, such that I have now lost a couple of stone and am now looking at running 5k. James pushes you to achieve what you thought you couldn't, but not outside your capability. If you have difficulty with one exercise, he finds a different way for you to complete it, but still using the same muscles. James mixes up the exercises so that you experience lots of different challenges ( I've done boxing, battle ropes, circuits, runs, used the landscape to make exercises more intense, worked out inside, outside). Whilst his sessions are always hard work, they are also fun and James is very good humoured and encouraging. I would, without doubt, recommend James as a personal trainer.
