The food is delicious, generous portions. Jerk chicken, rice and peas, coleslaw and macaroni cheese. Cooked to perfection, the Jerk sauce is like no other. Roy's is my go to Caribbean restaurant for West London. I enjoyed so much, I ordered twice in the last week! First on NYE, delivery came within the hour, and second I collected. We placed our order and popped out to another shop, drove back to the restaurant and just as we parked up to go inside, the lady behind the counter noticed us and brought our takeaway to us! Amazing customer service, she went above and beyond. We were both so touched as we had just finished a 10 mile ride and were both sore! Really worth the money. Thank you, will be back soon!

Amazing food. Have been waiting to try this place for a while, but they were under renovation. Place looked fantastic, really well decorated with the Jamaican colour theme. Kirsty, our hostess was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The food was fantastic. Nicely spiced and presented. Over all had a very pleasant experience and will be going back.

The chef at this restaurant does an amazing job! Honestly, there is no better Jamaican take away/restaurant around. I often visit and I’m never disappointed. The customer service and staff are excellent. The food is lovely and the portions are massive. I truly recommend this place.

Worth the travel I made and top marks for the chef that day as food was on par and delicious. My son enjoyed the Guinness punch but a bit of a tip maybe to not down it all before the meal as can fill you up a bit as my son found to his detriment but meant more for me to enjoy

Went to this place today and was initially excited to try the food. As soon as I walked in the music is deafening. Blasting out reggae from the get go. Literally had to shout my order over to the lady behind the counter who seemed slightly disinterested by it all. Didn't mind it too much because I was getting takeaway. If I was eating in, it would've been a different story. Ordered 1/4 jerk chicken and rice and peas. 10. Didn't take too long. Was no way in shape or form what I expected. Firstly I was given some dead coleslaw. Secondly, a chicken breast cut. Large piece but I expected a leg/thigh of sorts. Thirdly, the sauce was red, sweet and more like a sweet and sour/bbq mash up. no traditional spices involved and served with a dry big breast. Not recommended. Resto was loud, cold and empty. Food not traditional. Sweetly overpowering and red. And dry cuts given without notice. Ate it because I needed my protein.
