I placed an order, it came firstly late (1 hour 2 mins). The order was 2 cakes slices, 1 cookie dough and 1 crepe. I'm very disappointed with the crepe I ordered it came cold and was soggy & soooo much chocolate. The strawberries didn't look fresh and they were not looking in the right way as in the normal colour of red more of the green and white colour. So as I took the first bite it just didn't feel right it was unreal I had to just threw this way totally disgusting and this shouldn't have been sent to a customer to eat. I'm a regular customer but you've definitely lost a loyal customer going forward. Also to add the cookie dough wasn't great either this felt as the dough didn't even get settle correctly so undercooked in the middle. I'm totally being honest tonight your service/food wasn't as it normally is. However on the plus side the cake slices were perfectly fine and the family did enjoy these.

We had this ferroro richer waffle and it was delicious. We went on a fairly busy night and still managed to get the dessert without much waiting. Customer service was great. Along with dessert we had mint tea and cinnamon tea. We were not impressed with the cinnamon tea. It could have been brewed better. Hence the 4 stars. But apart from that everything was great

One of the best dessert spots in Brum. Great desserts and friendly service. The interior and decor of the place gives it a nice vibe, American style. The have a good selection of desserts, decent portions and great taste. The also do teas and coffees. Prices are slightly high but well worth it
