Very bad experience here, the food took a long time and when it did arrive it tasted frozen and prepacked, that isn’t my accusing the staff of using frozen food as I have no food but more of an indication of the quality of food they serve here. The person who served me and my partner was quite blunt and had no interest in being friendly. I’m a firm believer in the saying “you get what you pay for” and for the quality of food the price is far too high. It’s a shame because I have gone to Mexican restaurants many times and when it’s cooked fresh it’s some of the best food you can get.

Just ordinary! Nothing was outstanding and I expected it to be cheaper. Unusual as the food in most of these very small restaurants in the Brixton Market is outstanding. Perhaps they are not really Mexican? Our two waitresses were from Central America, not Mexico, judging by their Spanish accents.
The waiter mixed up my order and served me pork tacos instead of the veggie ones I ordered. He didn't announce what was in them so I didn't realize what I had been served until I bit into it. I have been a vegetarian my whole life and so was quite upset by the experience, but when I explained to the staff what happened I barely got an apology or any compensation as I had swapped dishes with my friend. The staff were very cold overall. I would have given 2 stars as my previous experiences have been good but I just spoke to a vegetarian friend who had the exact same thing happen to her here as well. I don't think I'll be coming back nor bringing any vegetarian friends to this place, which is a shame as I used to really enjoy eating here :/
Had the burrito and enchiladas. Enchilada sauce was quite good but a bit disappointing that they did not come with at least rice. Burrito was not bad but not amazing either. Overall, perfectly fine place but a bit pricy for what you get
