The seat of power. Rajasthan high court is located very near to the status circle and Vidhan sabha. The court premises is clean and hygienic. Toilets are clean. The court premises is huge and with lots of trees and greenery around. The lawyers have been given their own chambers in various blocks. Overall the building is impressive. Parking for all is well organised and well placed.

Outstanding mind blowing. Excellent. The High courts of India are the principle civil courts of original jurisdiction in each state and union territory. However, a high court exercises its original civil and criminal jurisdiction only if the subordinate courts are not authorized by law to try such matters for lack of pecuniary, territorial jurisdiction

A cluster of Princely States with an oasis known as Ajmer-Merwara, a British India Territory, was given geographical expression as Rajputana. These Twenty and odd Rajputana States before 20th Century AD were dynastic and the Rulers were the fountain head of all Executive, Legislative and Judicial Authority in the States. T.C.Puri, Director of Health Service and Shri S.P.Sinha, Superintending Engineer, CPWD, was constituted to resolve the issues relating to location of the capital and the seat of the High Court. The committee submitted its report on March 27, 1949 with a recommendation that Jaipur should be made capital of the new State and the High Court sh

This court is located on Dangiwas bypass road, the architecture of this high court building is like a palace in a way. By the way, this High Court is quite big, so there are small roads to go from here to there. And there are also gardens around that building and it looks very beautiful. This court was inaugurated in 2019 and it is full of high court technology, to go to this High Court, one has to undergo strict security.
