For a good consumer service have to improve sanitary facilities too.. it's pleasure to be here and i have enjoyed the service.

A good budget hotel to stay in jaffna. Located in a comfertable distance from jaffna town. Service was okay. Ironing board was in a public area of the hotel. AC rooms with clean toilets. Hot water preassure was too low. No dustbin. TV was good since it had HBO.
