We like ordering Chinese from Jade Palace on a regular basis. The good is very nice, portions are big - be careful when ordering chicken balls, they are enough for 2.

Ordered for the first time tonight. Will definitely be the one and only. Had mixed starter, chicken satay skewers and pancakes. Everything seemed as though it was cheap frozen food. Hoisin sauce didn't taste right, chicken satay didn't taste of satay, starter was complete rubbish. All food end up in bin. Didn't even have a cold can of pop. Pop was warm
Absolutley hands down the best Chinese in the area unfortunately since weve moved to Hanley you dont deliver but it's well worth the journey to collect as we do everytime. Food is ALWAYS fresh hot and delicious also the young girl on the front desk is so friendly and welcoming and such a lovely young lady. Actually on my way to fetch my order now Haha thank you :)
I like this take away and usually order from here. Iv only had a couple of meals that were not up to the normal standard. Usually good though and i do keep returning so that must say something. Iv never felt ill from anything. There is at least 5 take aways that i could go that are closer but always choose to go jade.
Food was lovely, 2nd time we have had from here would definitely order again, reasonably priced too.
