We have a J375 bought from Natalie a few years ago we highly recommend buying from the store they listen to what you want and help you choose. We were really confused about hot tubs before we found Natalie she made it fun and explained everything and helped us choose the right one for us . Also worried about it being a ' fad' but we still use it at least 3 times a week and enjoy it as much as when it was first installed.

We bought our hot tub back in April and I can honestly say it’s been the best investment ever. The team at Droitwich know their products, listen to the customer and give great advice without pushy sales patter. The delivery and installation was quick and efficient and after sales assistance with an minor issue we had was dealt with within hours and with no quibble. The tub itself is AMAZING!! We’ve enjoyed lazy summer evenings in it, had family around for garden parties and the kids have loved it and now the cold evenings are here we use it just as much. Cannot beat nipping out into the garden on a cold crisp evening and sinking into the marvellous hot tub, with a glass of something sparkling and gaze at the stars while the water jets ease your tired muscles. Go on treat yourself..... you won’t regret it and running costs really are minimal....it’s so worth it!!
I bought a small Jacuzzi hot tub from this store 4 years ago best thing I’ve ever bought , you have to pay for quality and this is what you get . The ladies there are really knowledgable and helpful too. Hoping to buy a bigger tub when I move house and will definitely be getting it from them
