I left a message on their answer phone enquiring about a 52V 2200W electric bike. First thing Monday morning Ross contacted me and I thought his knowledge and experience was second to none. After booking a test ride we began our 2 hour journey not really knowing what to expect. On arrival we received a very friendly welcome and Ross answered all my questions and a lot more, you can tell he has a passion and a great knowledge with these bikes. Within seconds of the test ride I was so impressed with the bikes performance which resulted in a sale. These really are awesome bikes from a very professional and friendly business. Thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend.

Just bought a haibike hardseven 6.0 from Jacs Bike. The service and attention the detail from these guys is outstanding. Helped me work my way round thevcycle to work scheme. Assisted me to select the right bike. Lots of infomation and great comunication though out.. Fast delivery and the bike was well packed. Small issues with gears, derailleur moved in shipping.
