Food was excellent, steaks, filet mignon done medium rare and medium to perfection, for same table. Service was attentive. Delayed food service, due to computer offline for order taking and payment fulfillment. Recommended.

Went for dinner Monday night. Was busy but we had table booked. The food was on point and came out in a timely manner. The staff were fantastic. We had 3 course and we could not fault anything. The snails we so good, the mussels yummy! The Jacques burger for me was the best. The combination of blue cheese, caramelized onions and apple with the beef patty was genius!!! The creme brulee for dessert was so good as was the souffle. All in all a great night of food, wine and excellent service. We were very well looked after!

I’m a local to the area and LOVE this place! It is our go-to Saturday night dinner but their lunch is great too. Fantastic food, great environment, and they’ve done a wonderful job through covid. Also one of the best burgers in the city!!

I recently held my sister's bridal shower for 30 people at Jacques and was so happy with the entire experience. The staff was so accommodating, the food was incredibly delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and charming. The manager helped us to create a lovely menu for the day and we celebrated in the perfectly sized private room. I highly recommend this French bistro for an intimate event or just for a delicious meal.

Loved the onion soup and the mussels. Waiters provide excellent service.
