Excellent service from Melissa the branch manager in Lancing. She has a no nonsense style and tells you 'how it is'. She listened to all my concerns in our initial meeting then came back with a clear Marketing Strategy and a offers above price. I was a little concerned that she was being over ambitious. I need not have been. She arranged lots of viewing prioritising those that were in good positions to move quickly. We had 5 offers on the first day and didn't need to proceed with other viewing's she had also set up. There was clear communication throughout with her often negotiating between solicitors to get things moving. She was a true professional and a true asset to Jacobs Steel.
