Jacob and Tori provided the food for my daughter's wedding last year. The service was brilliant, from the initial planning stages to the day itself. There was a great choice of menus, the food was really delicious and there was no problem with any dietary needs or preferences. Communication was excellent and any questions we had were answered promptly. Everyone we encountered, including the staff who served us on the day, was lovely.

Jacob & Tori partner our business at The Manor House in Sedgefield with catering services for weddings and celebrations. Matt and Emma's dealings with us at a business level have always been first class and in dealing with our clients directly they provide a first class personal service leading up to and on the day itself. Their range of menu choices is excellent and the food served is of a high quality of freshness, variety and presentation.
Jacob and Tori catered our wedding at Crook Hall last year. From the moment we first got in touch, the service was exemplary. They were so patient and clear when I kept coming back with question after question! The choice of food was fantastic and we just couldn't make our mind up! They were also very accommodating with various dietary requirements and also with a few late changes that we had to make. On the day, both the food and the service were perfect. We had canapes and a 3 course wedding breakfast, and all our guests commented on how fantastic it all was; especially the antipasti sharing boards we had for starters. All the staff were so friendly when you needed them, but equally you didn't even notice them when you didn't, which was the perfect balance. They also took it in their stride when both the best man and I waffled on a bit too long on our speeches and set the timings back! I would highly recommend everything about them. Great food, great service, great staff and at a really competitive price!
From the first meeting we had with Jacob and Tori Caterers we knew we'd made the right choice. They showed a real desire to create the menu we wanted and not just give us an off the shelf solution. Emma and the team made the entire process so easy. We never had to chase for information and to be honest more often than not they were chasing us! On the day the team were fantastic. They even managed to move the service forward by 40 minutes. Which is even more impressive considering they were working from a tiny gazebo on the side of a marquee. Great service and would highly recommend.
I used Jacob & Tori Caterers for my birthday party a few months ago.. they were absolutely brilliant! Did everything from the planning to the cooking on the day and the food was absolutely delicious! Also helped me find the cake maker and we were so happy with the result. All round fantastic service from Matt and Emma and I will definitely be using again! Thank you very much
